Job Location

This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.

What You Would Do 

Here’s the thing, our team will expand and evolve as we gain traction in the market. At the onset of this role, we are looking for an ambitious, adaptable, and polished team-player with a knack for identifying and connecting with new prospective customers. You can connect with professionals at all levels and across multi-platforms. You are tech-savvy and enjoy leveraging the latest tools. You are an initiator, a conversation starter, and you are fearless in your approach! Specifically, here are the main duties and competencies that we envision:

  • Identifying new prospective customers across North America
  • Initiating contact with these prospective customers and uncovering high-level needs
  • Qualifying opportunities as an ideal fit for our solution
  • Establishing credibility and conveying enthusiasm for our solution
  • Booking qualified meetings and demos for Sales Executives
  • Demonstrating our software as necessary to key prospective customer stakeholders 
  • Ensuring accurate Company/Customer information in CRM
  • Tracking sales activities in CRM
  • Meeting sales activity targets including contacts, meetings booked, demos booked
  • Effectively managing a range of opportunities, the associated reporting and account planning to support the achievement of sales objectives
  • Supporting management to define and refine sales processes and procedures
  • Supporting Marketing to define and refine lead generation & automation processes
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Supporting ad-hoc strategic initiatives
  • Performing other duties as requested


  • Tech-savviness and willingness to embrace change in a rapidly evolving business
  • Ability to work closely with prospective customers to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
  • Demonstrated experience in solution selling
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills to design and deliver effective online presentations
  • B2B sales experience
  • Post-secondary education (BBA or BCom preferable)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work remotely as required

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in early-stage commercialization of startup companies
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Experience working within HubSpot
